128 Adair Drive

I've had my eye on this breathtaking nearly 2-acre property for some time now. With a driveway already in place and beautiful mountain views, this parcel offers the perfect setting for your North Georgia retreat. Located inside Talking Rock Creek Resort—one of the area's best-kept secrets—you'll enjoy the rare balance of privacy and community within a 5,000+ acre gated mountain development just an hour from Atlanta or Chattanooga, minutes to Blue Ridge and Ellijay, and directly across from Carters Lake.

The resort features over 122 miles of private roads, two pools, a stocked lake, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, two clubhouses, a chapel, three gated entrances, and the iconic Trout Lodge with its private creek beach and striking rock formations. Minimum build is 1,050 sq ft on a permanent foundation, with all plans subject to Architectural Committee approval. Water and electric are available; septic is required.

Talking Rock Creek Resort is short-term rental friendly, making this property ideal for full-time living, a vacation home, or an investment opportunity. Wildlife is abundant, and the surrounding area offers hiking, rivers, vineyards, orchards, and charming mountain towns for a slower, more intentional way of life.
